Can't even log in!

    Being one of the perople that need help to login, I fully AGREE with you. Hell with their livestream, get somebody on email duty, fix the server problems or do all. Anything useful to help the paople that already gave you guys the 700k that you've now got would be good over playing your own game on a livestream. There are enough people that can livestream it that you don't have to do it too.

    I agree, usually I am most diplomatic but I absolutely Hate this type of "just wait and it will clear itself up" type of attitude. That's the same thing that Doctors used to tell to their patients that had acne, "just wait and it will clear itself up in time". It's a stinky attitude to be certain.

    They're off to a rocky start, it's not just this login issue, there were issues with the kickstarter campaign (Piss POOR communication on when the prototype would actually be released ) as well, now add this to it and well... Really piss poor first impressions of this company that we've given nearly three quarters of a million dollars to.

    I'm guessing that the money didn't go into the server infrastructure like it should have.

    I can imagine they are pretty slammed.
    Thanks for providing the game, I'm looking forward to seeing the progress, and looking forward to being able to login :)

    the oversight of not giving us the ability to check our password is really annoying me. And the fact that it doesn't tell you if you are using the wrong password, if if it's just an overloaded server. I was expecting to at least open up the prototype tonight, months after they initially told us it would be out. Not a good first impression. I'm sure this game will wind up being amazing but this is like going on a first date with a supermodel and having her crud her pants in the cab

    Yeah it's really starting to tick me off. I just tried a random username like foffspstudio with a random password and it produces the same generic message about the server hasn't bla bla bla bla

    At this point, its definitely that I have the wrong password, I've tried every single pass I've ever used, leaving out numbers, trying with caps lock, and capitals at the beginning, etc, but I just can't get it.

    Hope they set up a password reset system, asap.

    I too would be immensely grateful for a password recovery system, if only so that I can eliminate that possibility as a source of the problem. I don't even remember CHOOSING my password, so I really have no idea what it would be.

    Edit: Having tested a friend's login on my computer with success I now believe that I have simply forgotten my password.

    Exactly, neither do I, I figured they would provide me with a temporary, reset-able password, in the email that was sent out, although, obviously, that isn't what happened.

    There are lots of people who want to see the live stream first off. The people who are in game and learning, and the people whom are in beta and can't play but wanna see the prototype.

    You're type of attitude is what doesn't help projects like this. Their not a multi billion company like Bliz or rockstar. So don't hold those expectations. It's 'prototype'. Not Alpha, not beta. It's a mode of the game that is still quite incomplete and waiting is worth it when they can put more effort into the game and help people. Remember there are only so many people working on this and it's late at night, and the server it's hosted on might be hard to contact after 9 PM. And I'd rather they have issues with the server now and them taking the time on fixing it then having the issue reoccur when the beta comes out.

    The attempt to log in takes less than a second, it might also help if they just set the client to wait a bit longer for a response, for all I know my client is getting confirmation 10milliseconds after my client's given up because of a bit of lag.

    Awesome, they've updated the FAQ page with a reset password feature.

    But... I followed the procedure, and I still can't connect to the game. Sent an email to them. Glad to see their working, I appreciate it. :)

    Does anybody know how i can get hold of the livestream........... if i cant log in i might as well watch the livestream.

    Thanks. Looks like i will have to wait till lunch time to try again. I was planning on a allnighter and the thanks to a big storm and poor town power supply the the towns power went of for 8hrs and i missed everything.:(

    Thanks Calcene, it let me change my password but sadly that is not the reason why I can't get on.

    Quick question, do you guys and gals who are having problems getting on use a wireless connection, like a laptop or something.

    FYI,

    The Message "Server not confirmed, Please try again" does not pop up because the servers are overloaded or anything.

    It's because your credentials are wrong.
    Prove :

    At Work I tried to log-in in the same time as a friend of mine.

    He succesfully logged in while I got the Error above.

    I went to the FAQ page, did a password reset, clicked on the confirmation link in my email and it worked.

    I'm sorry but this really isn't true.

    I'm 100% sure my credentials are correct, furthermore I went and reset my pwd anyways and also confirmed via the link in the mail.
    Result : "Server not confirmed"

    So maybe, just maybe, you got lucky?
