And in response to the person who posted in my thread and asked a question here is the answer:
My understanding is that 15 dollars gets you the beta, which will become the normal game. The beta release is still unknown but it will be well before the official release of the normal game because the beta actually turns into the official game. It is similar to how minecraft released alpha which turned into beta over time which eventually turned into the official game. At 25 dollars you would receive the beta as well as the prototype which will be released shortly after the kick starter finishes. It will essentially be a mini demo of the game, which will allow supporters to test the games more finished elements like castle building and collecting resources. It also allows you the try the game much earlier then others! If i did not clear things up let me know and i will try again!

    Thanks for your answer DaNewb!

Get the original PROTOTYPE soon after the Kickstarter is over!
You also get the BETA at a pre-release price with free updates for life and get your name in the final game.

    This is, what confuses me...
Does my beta game automatically upgrades to the final game account?
Or do i need to spend money again to get the final game?

I'm also a little confused. I have tweeted them.

Getting the beta at a pre-release price to me means by pledging 15$ or more you have payed a pre-release price which is cheaper then they will charge later on. The beta will turn into the final game yes so if you pledge 15$ i believe you have pretty much purchased the game. 25$ gets you the prototype as well, whereas 15 gets you just the pre-release price on the beta!

This is very similar to how other projects have worked in the past on kickstarter, although the wording is slightly harder to understand.

    The Beta:
Everyone who contributes to the Kickstarter gets an early version of the game and has access to any updates that come further down the road. The Beta will become the final game eventually so anybody who backed the Kickstarter gets the final game.
    The Prototype:
Get access to an alpha build of the game soon after the Kickstarter is over. The prototype represents what we've shown so far that works. The amount of content and the replay value will be limited, and the build will probably be slightly broken. But we want people to test this version and give us feedback so we can make the Beta better.

From what i understand its going by the minecraft type of release, where the beta will become the full game with updates and stuff

I would just like to thank the entire team working on this project for all of their hard work. The kickstarter looks amazing, and i really believe this team has a genuine passion to make an exceptional game. I can't wait to see the prototype and eventually the finished game!

This confuses me too.Pre-release price ??What do you mean by that?
And I also would like to ask about the prototype. Isn't that the same as the Beta?
  9. DaNewb Active Member

The pre-release price simply means you are getting the game at a discounted or cheaper price then you would have to pay once the game is closer to release or after release. The game will cost more then 15 dollars at full retail price. Hope this clears it all up.

The only question in my mind is, when will we get the beta?
  11. Schizo86 Member

    So thanks for the info.

I'm already a backer :) Ready to test!

Hi i don't understand this Pledge $25 Get the original PROTOTYPE soon after the Kickstarter is over! You also get the BETA at a pre-release price with free updates for life and get your name in the final game. (see reward above)

ok so what i don't understand is.
1.How soon after the Kickstarter is over do you get the PROTOTYPE is it a month a week a day ??
2.if i pay $25 i get the beta at a pre-release price so what this means that if i pay $25 i also have to buy the beta at X price again ??

    1) This is not clarified, and it is just shortly after the kickstarter is over.
    2) You only need to pay 15$, but anymore also gets you the beta which eventually becomes the full game. If you pledge at least 15 dollars you have fully purchased the game!
  14. Silwercastle Member

No , you will not have to pay again for the game. Prototype is how it is now and it will most probably be a couple of days after the kickstarter is over. The BETA is the game just before release in "shops" and you will not pay for it is you donated to kickstarter.

So, why do we HAVE to pay with a credit card at all?!
Isn't there another way of payment? Paysafe? Paypal? Transfer? Why the flying F*** credit card?
  16. Silwercastle Member

One and a half hours gone of kickstarter and $ 28 656.00 is pledged already !!!
80 000 is going to be very easy to get.:)

I went ahead and Pledge $25. Probably should have done $15 (Not because the game isn't worth it, but because its $10 I would still have for other things), but I really want to get the Prototype when its out, so yep.

Now I just hope the game is as good as I think it will be. :)
  18. Silwercastle Member

It is the only method kickstarter site accepts.
  19. Lukas New Member

    Wow, that sure is retarded.
