    I think you guys should more clearly advertise this forum on the KS-site, because I think a lot of people doesn't know that this exists - for example like me, I just accidentally found this through the comments page on KS...but yeah, I am here now, so everything is good. Ouh, and really psyched about the game!

    Yeah the community is a bit hidden... They will probably total change CS site, hiring some skilled web designer. I would love working on their site, but I live in the opposite side of the world... :confused:

    hi everybody, I'm new to this forum,but not to this project at all

    I'm really glad to have pledged this project, and, as all of us do, I'm looking foward to play the prototype.
    by the way I'm sure we'll have a new update by sunday, after the end of the paypal campaing.

    I'm sure we'll at least recieve the mails for the credit islands and so on.



    !and maybe we'll be able to download the proto ;)

    I lived 3 years in montreal when I studied with Francois and Germain, I had to move to Quebec city after that to continue school in Bioinformatics. Now I moved back to be with the Sauropod Team. And I moved my girlfriend the day before that.. so very busy on my side.

    The reason we will make the account system is that Paypal want us to deliver something in the next 20 days. We cannot give the prototype or the beta yet that's sure. so how we managed to run over that obstacle is that giving you the account system that you will need for game updates and multiplayer.

    We should be working on a newsletter system too really soon so you wil get updated by email.

    that comment threw me off a bit as well... then again, ive never been on the receiving end of a paypal account, so i have no idea what requirements they are entitled to... but it definitely sounds peculiar...

    well i guess paypal wants / needs something that you buy and not just give the developers money ... even if its just something that paypal can write on the "recipe"

    I think it might have something to do with not being allowed to sell unreleased products on PayPal. Which is why they have to deliver something soon...

    Does anyone else here realize the devs said about half way through October at the LATEST? Which means that it could come out sooner then that,like say the start of October,or the end of September. Of course we still don't have a single clue as to a specific time of release,so we just have to be patient I guess. *slowly walks into a dark corner and begins twiddling thumbs*
