Creatures & Characters The Curious Story Of Castle Story's Bricktrons!

    Abstract
As we all know, Bricktrons are apparently little known throughout our world since they've only recently been discovered by the two explorers François Alain and Germain Couët. As with many new species, the facts around them are still in question, as well as various other aspects of their existence. I will use the video evidence from Germain and François first expeditions as well as references to their diaries I didn't read.

For this post, I speculate on various aspects of Bricktrons and the strange, magical islands they inhabit with the purpose of clarifying theories in my own mind, as well as sharing them with others in the hopes that we can, as a gaming community (of science!?), pull together to come to a consensus on how to handle and further understand these wondrous little anomalies!

    Observed Physiology
The Bricktrons seem to be genderless, which implies a different sort of reproduction and social hierarchy. The group has been identified only as rotund, shapely creatures with an almost flubber-like appearance whilst identified having only one color, a sunshine yellow. Opposable thumbs have been noted, as well as use of tools and abilities to construct semi-intricate designs, implying a higher level of thinking ability. They have no visible hair and lack any real discernible difference in features between different groups of them, however, this could be an oversight or due to lack of information. Germain is said to have almost become hysterical during a visit to one of their construction sites, claiming "They're all clones! Jesus, look at them! I'm out, dude, seriously. Ew."

    Social Aspects
Bricktron populaces appear at peace with one another, as multiple groups of Bricktrons were seen coming from afar to help out fellow Bricktrons. The society's economy has no details, and forms of government seem absent; Bricktrons appear to have some sort of either hive-mind or high level understanding of collectivism. Archers with bows have been observed, possibly for combat or hunting. A swords wielding Bricktron was also seen above a castle gate observing the outer wall. Whether or not the Bricktrons face dangers outside their walls is uncertain, although François recorded seeing eyes and figures in the darkness of a cave. The Bricktrons seemed completely oblivious to the existence of both explorers, but this could be due to their foreign and innocuous appearance (François insisted on wearing khaki short-shorts), lack of formal introductions, etc.

    Character's Theories: On Bricktrons
How does they do the "nasty"? How do they breathe? How do they eat and drink? Are their females/males/differences between the two? Can they talk? Love? Feel? How long has their society been around, and is it advancing?

I see them as not the "banging" type; that is to say, I think they multiply by growing with seeds, like plants. Their yellow color implies to me a species that takes in sunlight as energy and produces a gas of some sort as excess. Thus, like the plants they emulate, they would not have notable differences in gender, but instead rely on outside pollination, which is much more G-rated; It would not be surprising to see a more advanced culture changing their appearance, as we humans often do, perhaps dying themselves different colors for style. I see no reason why they wouldn't talk, expect maybe a case of shyness. Love and emotion could still have meaning since they are social constructs with biological structures in regards to human standards of what life is. One expedition is not enough to speculate on their history, so I propose that Germain and François release some sort of interactive file for us to explore, using our computers, so we can chart the societies' various progresses! Perhaps we could call it an "Alpha", to symbolize the first of many expeditions into the lives of Bricktrons. I only hope our intrusions don't end up bringing humanity's curse of war to their race as well...

The Bricktrons should reproduce asexually, That way you can choose when the exit interphase and start reproducing again. Become fat to prepare for splitting, Then split into two identical Bricktrons. Different colors should simply be different tribes or clans.

But Chair! Wouldn't it be awesome being able to set whatever color you wanted for your Bricktrons? I'd love that, personally. On your other subjects, I agree.

from what i have seen and understand, bricktrons evolved from some sort of magical (irradiated?) rocks. i view them more as self constructing constructs. i also saw that they have mouths but don't seem to converse with them, leading me to believe they do make use of a solid or liquid food source.

on the note of conversing and communication, i realized than when not directly busy with a task them stand fairly still or wander aimlessly withing a short range. this seems to denote some form of hive mind rather than telepathy, however no clear queen/king seems to be present.
